I have had Reflexology treatments and recently a Tuina treatment with Carly. I have digestion problems and I was grieving for the loss of a parent. With regards to my grief ,the treatment has helped me to release a lot of emotions. Carly has the ability to extract the negative energy from me which blocks my healing process. My digestion problems were quite bad and I now have almost no problems since Carly's intervention. The Bach Flower remedies are something I take away with me, helping me to stay grounded. Carly is very knowledgeable about Chinese Massage and does not hold back in sharing her knowledge during sessions. She does not only focus on problem areas but also educate her clients on preventing care which I value very much. On top of that, she is a very pleasant and cheerful person to meet and to work with.

I have received regular treatments from Carly since 2004. She has a beautifully kind nature and is able to understand ailments and concerns quickly and compassionately. I have principally asked for her assistance with digestion concerns and sports injuries and enjoyed both Reflexology and Tui Na together with the intervening support of Bach Flower essences. Although slight, she is surprisingly strong and able to access deep muscle groups and tendons along with the specific meridians requiring attention. I presume it must be her knowledge of taijiquan and qigong that enable her to practise without injuring herself or tiring easily. More recently I have requested Tui Na followed by a little Reiki as I find this is most relaxing and suits my needs best.
