Peace:

It does not just mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

Dru Yoga

I completed Dru Yoga Teacher Training in 2015. I am a member of the Dru Professional Network (DPN), the professional body for qualified Dru Yoga and Meditation teachers. I am passionate about Dru Yoga and how it has changed my life over the years. I now wish to share my knowledge and assist students on their journey through change and growth. In 2018, I started volunteering on the Teacher Training Course, therefore, I continue to have regular contact with my senior masters and gain experience teaching students to become teachers themselves. Read more about Dru Yoga here.

Yoga & Meditation Retreat Day

Yoga & Meditation Retreat days are a great way to dedicate time and space to yourself for relaxation, to recharge and to reconnect with yourself. When the lockdown restrictions are lifted and when it is safe to do so, I will be offering retreat days again.

The way the body moves helps us to discover how life moves. We realise that nothing exists in a state of rigidity.  Everything is in a state of flux. All we have to do is to have enough confidence, enough love and enough courage to move with the changeless flow of life. Within this flow we begin to find a sense of meaning to life, a sense of purpose and an unshakeable discovery that we can achieve anything!

Mansukh Patel, founder of the international school of Dru Yoga

About Dru Yoga

With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition and its emphasis on soft, flowing movements, Dru Yoga can help increase energy levels, ease back pain, and wash away stress.

Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups, it is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime. It is now taught internationally, and as such has helped Dru become one of the largest yoga organisations in the world. Dru Yoga helps relieve the pressures of modern living.
