Dru Yoga
I completed Dru Yoga Teacher Training in 2015. I am a member of the Dru Professional Network (DPN), the professional body for qualified Dru Yoga and Meditation teachers. I am passionate about Dru Yoga and how it has changed my life over the years. I now wish to share my knowledge and assist students on their journey through change and growth. In 2018, I started volunteering on the Teacher Training Course, therefore, I continue to have regular contact with my senior masters and gain experience teaching students to become teachers themselves. Yoga & Meditation Retreat Day
Yoga & Meditation Retreat days are a great way to dedicate time and space to yourself for relaxation, to recharge and to reconnect with yourself. I am running these days with another fantastic teacher, Deena Solanki.
Deena is a Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher and an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
