Other therapies
Swedish Full Body Massage:
This is one of the most common types of massage therapy. It is used for relaxation, pain and stress relief. Swedish massage often involves soft flowing movements along with kneading, tapping and friction techniques to the muscles.

Aromatherapy Massage:
Aromatherapy is the name given to the use of essential oils for therapeutic purposes. This therapy itself is relatively modern – the term was not coined until 1928 – but its roots lie in the ancient past. Aromatherapy is a specific type of therapy that incorporates scented essential oils into a massage. The massage involves alternating between gentle and harder pressure while using a particular blend of essential oils.

The Radiance Technique / Reiki:
During all my treatments I naturally use the power of energy that I have learnt from both the radiance technique and through yoga and meditation. My clients often feel a warm energy through my hands when I massage them. Please ask me if you would like any more information with regards to this.
